Account & Security

Delete your account

Account deletion starts from your account page. It is not immediate permanent removal: the account is deactivated first, and recovery is possible only through support during the allowed period.

How to start account deletion

  1. Sign in to your ClipThemAll account.
  2. Find the email card in the account summary.
  3. Click Delete account.
  4. Read the deletion terms in the confirmation window.
  5. Confirm that you have read and accepted the terms.
  6. Click the confirmation button.

The request is accepted only from a signed-in account and only after the confirmation checkbox is selected.

What happens right after confirmation

When the request is accepted, your account status is changed to deactivated.

You are signed out, and ClipThemAll sends an email confirming that the deletion process has started.

After this point, account recovery is not handled inside the account page. To ask for recovery, you must contact support.

Three-month waiting period

After account deactivation, ClipThemAll waits for three months.

When three months have passed, the scheduled system task sends a final warning email. This email explains that you still have seven days to request account recovery through support.

To request recovery during this seven-day window, contact support@clipthemall.com from the email address connected to your account.

Seven-day recovery request window

During the seven days after the final warning email, you can still ask support to stop the deletion process.

If no recovery request is recorded during this window, the account moves to final deletion status.

After the seven-day recovery request window ends, cancellation is no longer available through the normal recovery process.

Permanent deletion after retention

The system permanently removes account data after the retention period. The current retention rule is based on twelve months from the account deactivation date.

When the final cleanup runs, ClipThemAll removes the user record, related orders, order results, payment records linked to those orders, balance top-ups, upload files, result folders, and temporary upload chunks where they are connected to the deleted account.

Some data may be retained only if it is required for accounting, payment, legal, support, refund, or security reasons.
