What is shown in your account

After you sign in, the account page shows a short summary of your profile and orders.

• User shows your account name.
• Balance shows the amount currently available in your ClipThemAll balance.
• Discount shows the current discount used when you pay from your balance.
• Email shows the email address connected to your account.
• Orders shows the total number of orders and the number of orders that are uploading, waiting for payment, or ready.

Orders in your account

The account page contains your order list. Current orders and archived orders are shown in separate tabs.

For each order, you can see its name, creation date, price, status, and available actions. Depending on the order state, you may be able to open order details, pay for the order, download ready files, or delete an unpaid order.

If you have no orders yet, the account page will show an empty state until you create your first order.

Creating a new order

Use the Create new order button on the account page to start a new video processing order.

The order form lets you choose the processing mode, upload a file or provide a source, select options, and review the estimated price before payment.

Balance and discount

Your balance can be used to pay for orders. If your account has a balance discount, the discount is applied when you pay from the balance.

The balance area also includes a Top up button, so you can add funds before creating or paying for future orders.

Password and account deletion actions

In the email card, you may see account security buttons.

• Change password is shown only for accounts registered with email and password.
• Delete account opens a confirmation window with account deletion terms.

If you signed in through Google, password changes are handled by your Google account. That is why the ClipThemAll password change button may not be shown for Google accounts.
