ClipThemAll Video Editor uses the separate FFmpeg and FFprobe command-line programs for local video and audio processing. FFmpeg is an independent open source project and is not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by ClipThemAll.
The Windows installer currently includes the 64-bit static FFmpeg 8.0.1 essentials build published by gyan.dev.
The build metadata supplied with these binaries identifies the applicable license as the GNU General Public License, version 3 (GPLv3).
The distributed FFmpeg and FFprobe binaries are provided under the GNU General Public License, version 3. You may use, copy, study, modify and redistribute them subject to the terms and conditions of that license.
A copy of the GPLv3 license text is included with the FFmpeg binaries in the ClipThemAll Video Editor installation package. You can also download the bundled GPLv3 license text or read the official text from the GNU Project.
The FFmpeg build identifies the corresponding upstream source revision as commit 894da5ca7d. The source code for that revision is publicly available from the FFmpeg project repository:
