How pricing is calculated

What affects the price?

The order price depends on several parameters.

The most important ones are:

• video duration;
• video resolution;
• selected processing mode;
• additional options;
• whether vertical versions are needed;
• the use of Smart face tracking.

After you select a file while creating an order in your account, ClipThemAll reads the video parameters and calculates the processing price.

Video duration

The first important parameter is video duration.

The longer the video, the more material needs to be processed. This is why duration directly affects the price.

For example, if a video is 30 minutes long, the calculation starts from 30 minutes of processing. Then the system also considers resolution, processing mode and additional options.

Short videos usually cost less. Longer videos cost more because they require more time and processing resources.

Video resolution

The second important parameter is video resolution.

High-resolution video requires more resources. This is why processing 4K video usually costs more than processing 1080p or 2K video.

ClipThemAll uses these resolution groups:

• 1080p / 2K;
• 4K;
• Above 4K;
• Unknown resolution.

If the system cannot detect the resolution, a higher coefficient is used. This is because an unknown file may require more resources for safe processing.

Minimum order price

ClipThemAll has a minimum order price of $3.00.

If the calculated price is lower than this amount, the final price is still set at the minimum order level.

For example, a short video may technically cost less than $3.00, but the base order price will be rounded up to the minimum amount.

If the user pays for the order from the account balance, the current balance discount may be applied to the payment amount. This discount is applied at the payment stage, not when the base order price is created.

Processing modes

After the base price is calculated, the system takes the selected processing mode into account.

ClipThemAll has three main modes:

• Full processing;
• Vertical video only;
• Video cutting.

Each mode is calculated differently because each one requires a different amount of processing.

Full processing

Full processing is the full processing mode.

It is used when the service creates AI clips and, if needed, additional versions for short vertical platforms.

The base price in this mode depends on video duration and resolution. Additional options may then be added.

Visual emotion analysis

Visual emotion analysis helps the system find more expressive moments in a video.

This option requires additional processing, so it can affect the order price.

Shorts format

If the user enables format creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, the cost increases.

This option is connected with preparing additional vertical results for short video platforms.

Smart face tracking for Shorts

If Smart face tracking is used for Shorts versions, the cost may also increase.

Smart face tracking helps keep the face or main speaker inside the frame during vertical cropping.

If simple centered crop is selected without face tracking, the additional Smart face tracking charge is not applied.

Vertical video only

Vertical video only is the mode where ClipThemAll creates a vertical version of the original video.

In this mode, the service does not choose the best moments and does not create a set of AI clips. It works with the original video as one ready-made file.

The price depends on the selected vertical framing method.

Smart face tracking

If Smart face tracking is selected, processing is more complex.

The service tries to keep the face or main person inside the vertical frame. This mode requires more resources, so it costs more than simple center crop.

Simple center crop

If Simple center crop is selected, the processing is simpler.

The service takes the central part of the horizontal video and creates a vertical version without face tracking.

This option is cheaper because it does not require Smart face tracking.

Video cutting

Video cutting is the mode where ClipThemAll technically splits the original video into several parts.

In this mode, the service does not search for the best moments and does not perform AI highlight selection. This is why the base cost is lower than in the full AI mode.

Cutting with vertical social exports

If the user enables conversion of the cut clips into vertical format for TikTok, Reels or Shorts, the processing cost increases.

In this case, the service not only splits the video into parts, but also prepares additional vertical versions.

Smart face tracking for cut clips

If Smart face tracking is enabled together with vertical versions, the price also increases.

This option applies only when vertical social exports are enabled for cut clips.

How output count is calculated

In addition to the price, the system estimates the expected number of output files.

The number of results depends on the selected processing mode.

Full processing clip count

For the AI Clip Creation service, the number of AI clips depends on video duration.

The following estimates are used:

• up to 5 minutes — 2 clips;
• up to 20 minutes — 4 clips;
• up to 40 minutes — 8 clips;
• more than 40 minutes — 10 clips for each one-hour segment or remaining part.

In practice, the number of clips may be higher. If the source video is interesting and contains many strong moments, the system may find more material for the final cut — we do not limit the creative part of our system.

Vertical video only output count

For Vertical video only, one main result is expected:

1 vertical video

The service works with the original video as one complete file and creates one vertical version.

Video cutting output count

For Video cutting, the number of results depends on the selected cutting method.

If Cut by clip count is selected, the user sets the required number of clips. For example, 6 clips.

If Cut by clip duration is selected, the system divides the video duration by the selected duration of one clip and rounds the result up.

For example, if a video is 22 minutes long and the user chooses 5-minute clips, the result will be 5 clips: four 5-minute clips and one 2-minute clip.

Order price and payment

The main order price is calculated separately from payment.

After creating an order, the user can pay in the standard way or from the account balance.

The amount shown by ClipThemAll for the order is the service price from ClipThemAll. During payment, the final amount may change only because of factors on the payment platform side: for example, taxes that are added automatically depending on the user's country, payment method and payment provider rules.

Balance payments and discounts

When paying from the account balance, a discount may be applied.

The discount size depends on the last successful top-up:

• a top-up from $20 gives a 5% discount;
• a top-up from $50 gives a 10% discount;
• a top-up from $100 gives a 20% discount.

For example, if the order price is $10.00 and the account discount is 10%, $9.00 will be deducted from the balance.

Important: the discount affects the amount deducted from the balance, but it does not change the original order price. The discount also applies to the ClipThemAll price and does not affect payment system fees or taxes that may be added at the payment stage.
