How it works

1. Create an account or sign in

To create a real order, the user needs to sign in to an account.

In the account, you can upload a video, choose the processing type, pay for the order and download the finished files after processing is complete.

2. Upload your video

The user uploads the source video file.

Supported formats:

• MP4;
• MOV;
• MKV;
• AVI;
• WEBM;
• MPG;
• MPEG.

After upload, the system automatically reads the technical parameters of the video: duration, resolution and other data needed to calculate the price and process the file.

The user does not need to manually enter the duration or resolution when creating a real order.

3. Choose the processing type

ClipThemAll offers three main services.

AI Clip Creation

Choose this service if you want to find the best moments in a long video and turn them into short clips.

AI analyzes the video for you, selects suitable fragments and helps create the cut automatically. This is useful for podcasts, interviews, webinars, lessons, YouTube videos and family recordings.

Vertical Conversion Only

Choose this service if you already have a ready video and want to convert it to vertical format.

This format is suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and mobile viewing.

Video Cutting

Choose this service if you simply need to split a video into parts.

You can cut the file by the number of clips or by the duration of each clip.

4. Set the available options

After choosing a service, the user can set additional parameters.

For AI Clip Creation, the available options are:

• approximate clip length;
• Visual emotion detection;
• additional version for TikTok, Reels and Shorts;
• Smart face tracking or No face tracking for vertical versions.

For Vertical Conversion Only, the available options are:

• Smart face tracking;
• Simple center crop.

For Video Cutting, the available options are:

• Cut by clip count;
• Cut by clip duration;
• Overlap clips by 3 seconds;
• Convert clips to vertical social format;
• Smart face tracking for vertical versions.

These settings help you get a result that better fits your task.

5. Check the order price

After the video is uploaded and the options are selected, the service creates the processing price.

The price is calculated based on the real video parameters, the selected service and additional settings.

This amount is the final service price from ClipThemAll for the selected order. During payment, the final amount may change only because of factors on the payment platform side, such as taxes that may be added automatically depending on the user country, payment method and payment provider rules.

A mandatory subscription is not required. You pay only for the specific processing of a specific video.

6. Confirm the order and pay

If the settings and price are suitable, the user confirms the order and pays for processing online.

After payment, the order is sent for processing.

7. Wait until processing is complete

Processing time depends on the video duration, resolution, selected service and additional options.

Long videos, 4K files, vertical versions and additional AI options may take longer to process.

8. Download the finished files

After processing is complete, the result becomes available in the user account.

Depending on the selected service, the user can download:

• short AI clips;
• a vertical version of the video;
• cut video files;
• additional versions for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts;
• a timeline file with selected moments, if it is included in the selected service.

What is important to know

ClipThemAll does not require video editing skills.

You do not need to install heavy programs, manually search for the best moments, crop video or export every file separately.

You simply choose what needs to be done with the video, and the service helps you quickly get the finished result.
